As we are an international team, we have formulated our leadership principles in English
Leadership has nothing to do with titles or hierarchies — it's about mindset and behavior. Our principles guide us in our cooperation, our sense of responsibility, our decisions and our actions. They apply to everyone, not just formal managers, so that each of us can set a good example, take responsibility at decisive moments and strengthen our corporate culture.
