This is how you become part of our team
We hire people who are passionate about what they do. But it is just as important that they fit well into our team and culture. That is our key to success.
Omnora application process:
Candidature
After we receive your application, our Talent Acquisition Team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
01
“Cultural” interview
You can present yourself here. Come prepared, ask us questions and be yourself! The interview is about finding out whether we're a good match.
02
Manager interview
When we're convinced that we're a good match, we'll have a video conversation with your potential manager. In this conversation, we would like to go into depth and learn more about your abilities.
03
On-site day
Since it is important to us to get to know each other personally and to show how we work, but also what your potential tasks could look like, we invite you to our office for 3-4 hours. After that, both sides know whether we're a good match.
04
We did it!
Welcome aboard! Once you've accepted our offer, you'll be invited directly to our preboarding process so you're ready to get started.

FAQ
I can't find an open position that suits me. What can I do?
No problem! You can send us a speculative application, and our Talent Acquisition Team will check if we see skills that might fit open or future positions.
Can I apply for more than one position?
Omnora can be used to create any type of learning video. This includes video recordings, recording your own screen or sharing presentations. No special software or hardware is required. Omnora is browser-based. Good results can already be achieved with a webcam and headset.
In what language will the interview be conducted?
This depends on the position and location you are applying for.
How soon will I hear back?
We review all incoming applications daily and will get back to you as soon as possible. You will hear from us no later than 7 days after submitting your application.
Does the same hiring process apply to interns and student workers?
No, for these positions, there is a shortened version of the process. After your application, you will be invited for an initial interview with HR and the hiring manager. Following that, there may be a short virtual assessment (depending on the position) or an invitation for a brief on-site introductory meeting.
